Provides a full range of healthcare services, including behavioral health, adult and child psychiatry, emergency care, family medicine, general surgery, hospice, imaging and radiology, infusion, inpatient care, skilled nursing, laboratory, obstetrics, orthopedics, nutrition education, cardio and respiratory therapy, wound care, and more.
Visiting specialists provide a variety of additional services, including podiatry, dermatology, plastic surgery, neurology, gynecology, pain management, oncology, and urology.
As part of their dedication to providing quality, cost-effective healthcare, in 2019 the hospital gave nearly $3.6 million in financial aid to nearly 4,000 patients to help cover healthcare costs and wrote off an additional $2 million in uncompensated care.

Workforce Services Vocational Rehabilitation Division
Provides individuals with disabilities (cognitive, emotional, learning, physical, and certain diseases) with help finding a job, getting additional education/training, scheduling medical or mental health appointments, counseling, guidance, and more.
Provides individuals with disabilities the assistance they need to maintain a self-sufficient life in their own communities and home, which may include lending of Durable Medical Equipment (i.e. ramps, wheelchairs, etc.).

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/Food Stamps)
Provides nutrition benefits to eligible low-income individuals and families via an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card that can be used like a debit card to purchase eligible food.

Distributes food, free-of-charge, to individuals and families facing hunger.
Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah
Develops, manages, and promotes safe, high-quality, and energy efficient housing opportunities for low and moderate-income individuals and families.
Seekhaven Family Crisis & Resource Center
Provides support and essential services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, including client advocacy, emergency shelter, transition assistance, and more. Victim Advocate Program
Provides services to victims of violent crime, including domestic violence, assault and sexual assault, child abuse and sexual abuse, elderly abuse, stalking and harassment, families of homicide victims, robbery, arson, human trafficking, and more.
Utah Legal Services
Provides free legal help in non-criminal cases to low-income individuals.
Protects and restores natural areas in the community and helps the homeless help themselves. Provides rent, utilities, food, medicine, transportation, lodging, and more, to individuals and families in crisis.
Moab Valley Multicultural Center
Provides crisis resources, advocacy services, Spanish-English interpretation/translation, youth programs, targeted life-skills support, and cultural enrichment to the community.
Minimizes waste by annually processing over 350 tons of donations and keeps much of it out of the landfill through sales, donations, and recycling. WabiSabi shares their profits with community organizations and provides material vouchers to individuals and families who are in immediate need. Vouchers are available through Seekhaven, Fire Department, and other organizations.
Youth Garden Project
Offers school-based and other educational programs that connect people with their food, including Spring Break and Summer Day Camps, and Community Weed-and-Feeds. All programs are offered at low-cost or no-cost.
Grand County Public Library
Offers resources to connect people to information and ideas that inspire, empower, and enrich. Services include free computers and internet access, children’s story hours, after-school programing, and snacks for kids.
Provides a place for people, 60 years and older, to socialize, have lunch, and enjoy a variety of activities.
Grand Area Mentoring
Provides adult mentoring to students to encourage success and bolster self-confidence through enjoyable and enriching activities, such as board games, basketball, computers, crafts, reading, talking about life, and more.

Provides supplemental nutrition for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, postpartum women, and infants and children up to age five. Benefits include healthy food, nutrition education, breastfeeding information, and referrals to other programs.
